SITUATION OF THE PROJECT

This Project is developed on the residential area named “Cesalpina”. The parcel has a rectangular surface with a shaped inclined 40% form north to south. So, the lowest level is on the south face and there is a wall made of concrete. The solar surface measured 645 m2. We project to build a house with a surface of 255 m2.

MEMORY OF THE PROJECT

The Project consists on an isolated house, according to the established rules of the general management plan for municipal. For maximum energy savings and more efficient, the project considers the best orientation of the house, to get the optimum light and warm were necessary at necessary hours of the day. We install solar thermal energy system. With this system we get hot water and the electricity to meet household needs.
