SITUATION OF THE PROJECT

The project performs the idea of to segregate the parcel to construct five alone houses on residential named “Can Güell” (”Torrellas de Llobregat” city) The parcel destined to construction is number 287/288. The segregation of this parcel into 5 was approved by the city Council the 30 on July 2004.

MEMORY OF THE PROJECT

The surface of parcel is rectangular shaped inclined 16% to the west-east. The lowest level is to the east side. Each house is accessed from a common neighborhood street and each one has custom located to take the maximum advantage of sunlight. Every house has its own parking, ground floor and first floor. Topographic features of the terrain makes the resolution of each house different, although distribution and uses of the interior of the house are very similar. All the houses have electricity, running water (hot and cold), warming by gas-oil and telephone.
