SITUATION OF THE PROJECT

The project consists on to construct a house in the city named “Santa Coloma de Cervelló”. The main access is proposed from number 121 of “Ramon Berenguer” avenue. The available ground to perform this Project is too inclined. We take this circumstance to project a garage and the main access in the lowest level.

MEMORY OF THE PROJECT

Above the garage, we project too floors for housing. The first floor will hold three bedrooms (one of them with suite included) and two bathrooms. The reason is to take the orientation of the sun to provide this floor of light and warm in concrete hours of the day, according to the use of every room. The second floor will hold a large living area, the kitchen, a sink of guests and a large terrace. The second floor takes the sunlight from both opposite façades of house. For this reason we locate each room according to the light and warm it will need and when. Regarding the current rules, we install solar thermal energy system to achieve the maximum energy savings. This system is also used for water use.
