SITUATION OF THE PROJECT
The actual building is on a rectangular ground located to the south edge of the building for educational of automotive mechanics belonging to High School “Joan Oró”.

The ground has a very regular form (has not outstanding). The enlargement affects to a part of this ground that actually is used as soccer field and playground and is not paved.

The Project proposal is a new building as a continuation of the existing one. The new building will have two floors and will connect to the main façade of high school building.
 
MEMORY OF THE PROJECT
The ground floor is used as workshop and first floor have four classrooms and one staff room.

The building, designed as a hangar, has two junction sides to the existing buildings. One for the transversal section (the shortest) and the other for the longitudinal section (the longest)
-The transversal side is projected as a transparent zone configuring a passage or union zone between the existing building and the projected new one. On the first floor of this zone are the staff room and one of the accesses to the ground floor.

-The longitudinal side is projected using the new exterior wall to create a camera between the wall of existing hangar and the new one. The camera will be used for water collection from the two decks (the existing and the new one) and will have some accessible sections for maintenance and repair work.
