SITUATION OF THE PROJECT

This is a place with some residual character. It supposes a set of spaces and corners dissociates from the rest and not very well connected each other. The interior spaces that forms the square and the environment of existing buildings, determine the need of a proposal of elaborate management that takes care of all the characteristics and premises that this sector needs. To achieve the objective, we have to resolve too the connectivity between spaces and to dignify this area.

MEMORY OF THE PROJECT

To urbanize this sector, it’s necessary to bring the slop and to create new terraces. We propose to install escalator and new lighting, to implement new drainage areas, to remodel existing vegetation and plant new compatible trees. Sidewalks of “José Millán González” street will be wider and we will install urban furniture, traffic signals and irrigation.
