SITUATION OF THE PROJECT
The area edges are:
To the south face with Aragon Street that connects to the village named “Arnes”, to the north face with road T-330, To the east face with an access way that communicate T-330 road with Aragon street, and to the west face with the union of the two mentioned routes.
The total surface measured 2’85 hectare. The soil is classified for industrial use. The specific urban characteristics for this sector are the next:
- Total surface 21.850,98 Ha.
- Industrial uses are permitted.
This Project has a private soil area of 14.765’08m2 and a public soil area of 7.085’90m2, and is distributed as roads, green areas and equipments.
 
MEMORY OF THE PROJECT
The project consists on to define the necessary works to urbanize the bounded area, regarding the special plan of the Industrial sector named “Les Planes del Riu”, on “Arnes”, a village in the province of Tarragona (Spain).
Major works to be done:
•To pave, land remove, paving new streets as well as all the complementary unities (urban furniture, trees, curbs, etc.)
•Network of sanitation service, water, electricity (high voltage & low voltage), public lighting, telecommunications network (telephony and fiber optics), demolition and / or diversion of existing units that are not adequate to the new determinations. First is a ground clearance and excavation of the soil. Transported to the container products derived from these operations. Is expected to lower the ground 50 cm.
•After the first two steps, esplanade and embankments of land may be made simultaneously, always in the opinion of the Department of Works and in the light of the results of tests carried out.
